My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi my name is Koa. My name means brave and fearless in Hawaiian. I got that name since I have been through a lot with my old owners. I have been with my foster mom for three months while she got me healthy from being neglected, abused and starved. Now, I love to cuddle and play; i'm excellent with small children and I like other dogs both male and female. I love to give 'paw' and lay by your feet. I had a very hard puppy-hood but since being rescued I learned to trust people again. I have a scar on my neck from the collar being so tight from my old owners and my ear and tail were torn from the abuse but my foster mom still says i'm very handsome. I will let you know when I need to make potty - and I have never had any accidents. I am NOT food aggressive either.. but I love treats :) it will break my foster mom's heart to let me go but as long as you will love me as she does - she is willing to give me a forever home. Please come to meet me - I know we'll be friends forever!
