My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Batman was transferred over to us from the Everett Animal Shelter and at one time was part of a bonded pair. Unfortunately, his buddy Robin passed away unexpectedly about 2 months after they arrived. We are still working on finding Batman a new friend. He is approximately 2 years old, which is fairly old for a rat and that makes Batman a bit of a grumpy old man towards other rats right now. However, we do not believe that rats should be kept alone so we will keep trying until we have made a good match. If you have a spayed girl or a super mellow older boy that you think Batman might be a good match for, contact us and come for a visit.
