My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Dixie is a 2 year old Pekingese/King Charles mix that weighs approximately 10 lbs. Dixie recently had a liter of puppies and was turned into the local animal shelter. She is a very loving, sweet dog that loves attention and being held. She gets along with all animals, loves kids and just wants to be in a house with people. She is currently on heart worm and flea prevention, has had all her vaccinations, and is microchipped and spayed. All of CAN's (Canine Adoption Network) dogs live in foster homes. Please contact the foster home email listed for more information and an adoption application.

Please Note: Our adoptions are not done on a "first come first serve" basis. We are looking for the best possible match for our dogs and reserve the right to select or refuse an application at our discretion.
