AFTER WE HAVE AN APPLICATION ON FILE WE WILL COMMUNICATE SPECIFICS ABOUT THAT PARTICULAR DOG. WE ARE A SMALL RESCUE, OVERWHELMED BY THE NUMBER OF DOGS WE HAVE IN OUR FOSTER PROGRAM AND ARE UNABLE TO ANSWER OR CALL UNTIL WE HAVE AN ADOPTION APPLICATION.

Welcome Donte, an owner surrender to an Alabama shelter. Donte is 5 years old and doesn't appear to have been given much care in those short 5 years. His nails are overgrown, has a respiratory infection, his eyes are infected, he has skin and ear infections and has a bad knee. He is now recovering from his ordeal at our vets and when his skin has cleared, will undergo knee surgery.
Donte is heartworm negative and is a very sweet guy. We do not know his reaction to dogs, cats or children
