Meet this drop dead gorgeous young boy named Jake! Jake is an 18 month old pure bred red and black German Shepherd. Yes, yes we know....he is stunning!!
Jake's story.... When Jake was just a baby he was purchased by a not so great family. This family, unbeknownst to the breeder, purchased Jake to be a guard dog chained up in front of their yard. When Jake was 9 months old the breeder found out about the conditions he was being kept in. He went and repossessed the dog and surrendered Jake to the local veterinarian. This was nine months ago, this wonderful vet clinic kept Jake and treated him for malnourishment, demodex mange, intestinal parasites and more. We were recently contacted by the amazing people at this vet office to help with Jake. Jake is now with DFW GSR and he is looking to start the next chapter of s life.
Jake is AMAZING!! He is the sweetest boy that loves everyone! He is house broken, crate trained, leash trained and has basic obedience training down. He loves children and has made best buddies with the 6 year old little girl in his new foster home. He does wonderfully with all of his canine brothers and sisters and has just fit in perfectly. No kitties please!

Adoption fee is $300.00; this includes spay/neuter, pre-anethetic bloodwork, HW test, all vaccinations, rabies vaccine and microchip.
