Story
Zipper is quite the character and her name matches her personality perfectly. She loves to zip around the yards, teasing her best friend Bernie, jumping on and around him, chasing him or just following him from place to place. She is full of life, and like many young pups, has curiosities running through her growing mind. She still needs to work on her basic obedience, and would need both patience and dedication, to help her become the best she can be. We have worked on socializing her by introducing her to both animals and people. She loves going to our off-site events where she can receive as much love and affection as possible. She has a ton of energy, so she needs play time and a way to get expend her energy. She goes with multiple volunteers a day for walks around the property. She gets a little nervous when going to a new area, but once adjusted, she is again ready to take the lead. She loves rolling around in the grass and leaves, and enjoys chewing on sticks, making them as small as she can. She is a bit picky about food and treats, so using food as a motivator may not be the case with this pup. She does love a good squeak toy or Nyla bones to chew on. If you would like to meet Zipper, please fill out an application (no commitment) on our website at Satchelslastresort.org. This wonderful young lady would adore to play and give you all of her love and attention!
