Story
Female / spayed / 6 yrs old / 35 lbs Roy is my foster dog, and she is gentle, calm, quiet, and laid-back. She's fairly independent and prefers to observe from a distance until she feels comfortable, but she will follow her people around the house and sweetly asks for pets. Her favorite? Neck and butt scratches! Roy is fully potty trained and has always gone outside to do her business while in my care. She does well with other dogs, as long as they are not too rough or overly energetic. She can get nervous around loud or barking dogs. Roy is looking for a patient, loving family who will take her on walks and give her the forever home she deserves. She has had a difficult past; she was once hit with stones by strangers and placed on a euthanasia list simply for being “wary". Roy is sweet-hearted and gentle! An application through the rescue organization is required. Please reach out if you're interested.
