Story
Inrested in this dog?   Given Miya's high energy due to the type of breed she is and her need to be the only dog in the household, it's in the best interest of Miya to be in an environment she can be successful in. She loves other dogs however she does best when she interacts with them outside the home. She requires a lot of exercise and personal attention which she's not getting presently, with the right home environment she would make an amazing pet for any home and it's truly with deep sadness that I have to rehome her because she is such a beautiful and loving young lady.       Miya is a loving girl, who will melt your heart with her beautiful face. She's super smart and loves to cuddle. She loves playing tug of war and is housetrained and crate trained. She knows commands like "shake", "stay", "go". She walks on a harness with no problems. She is vocal but doesn't bark much given her breed as a Basenji. She is a very curious girl but with the proper attention and training she will make a great companion. She is best in a home where she's the only dog. She does like other dogs and will interact and be friendly outside of the home but inside the home she tends to be bossy and territorial THIS IS AN OWNER REFERRAL DOG CURRENTLY LOCATED IN Syracuse NY* ECA HAS NOT EVALUATED THIS DOG AND HAS MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING EITHER THE TEMPERAMENT OR THE HEALTH OF THE DOG.
