Libby is a sweet, playful 6–7-month-old dog looking for her forever family. She came to us unexpectedly after a friend’s neighbor threatened to have her euthanized if no one could foster her. Since coming into our care, Libby has thrived. She is fully up to date on her vaccines and, after spending much of her early life on a chain or in a crate, now enjoys plenty of freedom to play and explore. She sleeps in her crate at night while everyone is in bed, and during the day she runs in our fenced yard and explores our home. Libby is remarkably well-adjusted, happy, and affectionate. She gets along with every dog she has met and loves people, too. She will likely remain a high-energy girl, so she needs an adopter who can provide regular exercise, attention, playtime, and guidance. Our senior cat is too low-energy for her, and our 3-year-old dog prefers to be an only dog, so we are seeking a better long-term match for Libby.

So I am pretty sure my rescuers were HUNGRY when they named us ;0 Cashew is my name and i am as delightful as a sweet n nutty n salty treat. Not only was I named after food...my babies were too! Who names puppies Chicken, Banana and Raisin?? Hungry rescuers, thats who!!!! Now , when we were found, we were HUNGRY TOO! We were "living" at a gas station in the 90 to 100 degree temperatures and unbelievable flooding 🌧.... so yep, we r SURVIVORS! As mama to this crew I was so very scared for our safety but was also scared of the people helping us... fast forward to today! I love my people and my babies r grown and finding their own homes... its my turn now! I am a good girl, great size of 30# and a heart full of love and adventure! Adopt me soon!! Xhosa (Kosa, Kosie, Kookie,) is a wonderful companion, best known for her quirkiness and full of life personality. She enjoys the outdoors and is particularly fond of water. Her tricks include, hide and seek (sniffing out treats), and “spin!” However, she can only preform this trick clockwise. Xhosa had a brother who she tolerated but would do better in a home as a solo dog. She would prefer a home of older kids or just adults. She is a clever girl, and loves to learning, doesn’t like when people cry or make fart noises. Unfortunately, Xhosa hasn’t had the most stable home life experience. She came to me when she was 3 due to her previous owner having to medically care for someone in their home. Now my husband and I are moving out of the country. My hope for her is that I’ve loved her well enough and can find her forever home. She’s truly a beautiful soul, so kind, she flourishes when you give her the confidence to feel safe. She has so much love and life left in her.

Hi there, my name is ‘Lot’, weird right? Well that’s because I was found young in an actual parking lot! Lately my fosters have been calling me ‘Angel’ and it really seems to fit. Even though I came from the outside, I already know the command sit, I know to walk on a leash and I am about 85% potty trained but also crate trained! I also have an angelical demeanor for a puppy! I can make you laugh just by watching me play, I love to cuddle with you and I’m very talkative! I get along with cats and dogs, being a puppy, I just want to play with everyone. Besides being an angel, I have been told I resemble a coyote too. Who knows? But, what I do know is that I’m ready for my forever home with you! Adopt me! Tell me..... have you ever found yourself lost, hurt and starving??? I mean, it happens to the best of us right? Yes, it happened to me!! :( It was really scary! I was hiding behind a "fireworks" sign on the access road, big TRUCKS on my right side and the railroad tracks on my left! It was "ruff" but not so much anymore ;) I mean, this chick showed up with FOOD and a CAR and a LEASH and COMPASSION..... and she SAAAAVVVEEDDDD ME!! NOW, I have food every day, clean water, protection from the traffic and the weather and LOTS of friends!! I am living the rescue life....pretty soon the rescue peeps told me i will be living the ADOPTED LIFE :) I am a ruggedly handsome boy with an incurable positivity!
