Story
I got otter when he was 6 weeks old, he’s always been such a lover boy! The only problem is that he fights with his brother and other dogs, so he can NOT be in a home with other dogs. He’s also very energetic; he needs to be walked and played with often! He has skin issues that require a special skin and coat diet because of his breed.
