As we learned more about his past, we discovered that his previous people allowed him to roam freely. Honestly, we were amazed that this sweet boy survived his adventures along the roads! The thought of all the dangers he faced out there is enough to make anyone’s heart sink. Somehow, Meatlug made it through, and now he has the chance to find the safe, loving future he deserves.From the moment he arrived, Meatlug`s friendly, gentle nature stole our hearts. He is sweet, kind, and simply a joy to be around. He doesn`t need to be the center of attention or have a big adventure planned every day. He`s happy just being near his people, soaking up affection, and enjoying the simple pleasures of life. He`s the kind of companion who will make an ordinary day feel a little brighter just by being part of it.We’re also happy to share that Meatlug’s cherry eye has been repaired! Mugsy (aka Little Girl) Mugsy is a sweet girl. At only 20 lbs, she is the perfect size. She loves other dogs and people. It takes her a little bit of time to warm up, but once she does, she will not leave your side. Loves to run in the yard or go on walks/hikes. Would be good for an active person/family with older kids. If she is not the only dog in the house, she would do better with a younger dog that can match her energy. When she plays she plays hard. She snuggles hard too. If you want a dog that will snuggle up with you at night while you sleep, this is the dog for you. She is so loving and snuggly. She tolerates the crate if she has to go in it, but doesn't like it. At Night she sleeps in the Human Bed :) She will get in the bed at, and sleep through the night quietly. . Every member of your household must be present for this meeting 5. We do adopt out of state and will do a home visit out of state as well 6. We will not put our dogs on mass transport or hand off transport to get to your home. .it is your responsibility to pick her up. We will make every effort to meet you part of the way but that is not always possible. 7. All animals in your house MUST be spayed/neutered unless you have medical documentation preventing you from doing so. NO EXCEPTIONS. 8. Unless you have outside working dogs we will not adopt to a home with outside dogs 9. Fence is required for me. 10.
