Story
Chloe is a petite Whippet mix with a gentle heart and a sweet, affectionate personality. Once she gets to know you, she's happiest curled up beside you for cuddles or enjoying time with her favorite dinosaur toy. She has a moderate energy level, making her a wonderful companion for both relaxing at home and enjoying daily walks or playtime. Chloe also gets along well with other dogs and gentle cats, so she'd love a home with a friendly four-legged playmate, or she'd be just as happy soaking up all the love herself. Chloe is looking for a patient, loving family who will give her a little time to settle in and show her true personality. In return, you'll gain a loyal, loving companion who will reward you with endless affection and plenty of snuggles. If you're looking for a sweet little dog with a loving heart and an adorable love for her dino toy, Chloe may be the perfect addition to your family! 🦕❤️ Local & Nationwide Adoptions Welcome Local adopters are always welcome and encouraged! Story
Ahri is almost 10 years old and is a calm, affectionate companion. She enjoys attention and loves following her people around the house to see what they are doing. She has limited experience living with other dogs, so I am unsure how she would do in a multi-dog home, although she has played well with dogs during visits. Ahri does have some anxiety and does not do well when confined in a kennel, as she will try very hard to escape. She may also wander if left unattended outdoors, so a secure yard and close supervision would be important. She responds well to commands and does best with a calm, confident voice. Ahri would be a wonderful match for someone who can give her plenty of time, attention, and companionship. She has a gentle personality and would love a home where she can stay close to her person and feel safe and included.

Story
Gilbert is a gentle, easygoing companion who`s just as happy exploring the world with his nose as he is soaking up a few well earned pets. He’s very low maintenance! This sweet boy is a dream to walk on leash, he’s a big fan of treats, and he always takes them with the gentlest manners. While he may not know any tricks yet, he`s mastered the art of leaning into affection - he`ll even shift around to help you find that perfect scratch spot, wagging his tail the whole time to let you know he’s having fun. Gilbert is still gaining confidence and continues to come out of his shell more each day. He`s friendly, but not demanding, and has an independent streak that lets him happily entertain himself by sniffing around and taking in his surroundings. With his low to medium energy level, he`s content to enjoy life at a relaxed pace. When it comes to other dogs, Gilbert has shown all the signs of being a wonderful canine companion. He greeted another dog with a constantly wagging tail, politely sniffed to say hello, and happily shared space without any signs of tension or jealousy - even when both dogs were getting attention at the same time. One thing that really tugs at our hearts? After spending time outside, Gilbert walks extra slowly back toward his kennel, as if he knew the fun was coming to an end. We can`t blame him - we`d rather see him heading toward a forever home instead.
