To say that Candy is the best dog in the world is not an exaggeration. Candy is a sensitive and gentle soul. She is an indoor companion dog. Always loving, obedient and eager to please. She loves children and other friendly dogs. She is very social and loves being around people. She is quiet . She is not a barker or high energy. She’s happy going out for a walk once a day, she has a relaxed personality. She is afraid of thunder and other loud noises. She doesn’t do well when people yell or hit her. We got her from the animal defense league 4 yrs ago. We love her and only looking to rehome her because we’re moving. We’re looking for a loving family or a retired couple that has the time to give her the attention she needs.

Story
Meet Mary Ann and Ginger, an adorable bonded pair of medium-sized rescue dogs who are searching for their forever home. These super cute girls have spent their entire lives on their own until they were recently rescued. Despite their rough beginnings, Mary Ann and Ginger are incredibly sweet and are now learning to enjoy the comforts of a loving home. Both Mary Ann and Ginger get along wonderfully with other dogs, though they haven't had the chance to meet any cats yet. They need a patient adopter who will give them the time and space they need to adjust to their new surroundings and discover the joys of being cherished pets. Ginger, who bravely underwent heartworm treatment, is now healthy and heartworm negative. Both dogs are fully vetted, spayed, microchipped, and on preventatives. They even tolerate baths and absolutely love being petted. Currently, Mary Ann and Ginger are being fostered in Seguin, TX, where they are receiving the care and love they deserve. If you have a kind heart and a gentle hand, these two sweethearts will surely reward you with endless affection and loyalty. Adopt Mary Ann and Ginger and give them the loving home they've always dreamed of.

Story
Meet Nala – A Loyal Heart Waiting for Her Person Nala is a beautiful Basenji/Black Mouth Cur mix with an athletic spirit, a contagious smile, and ears that are impossible not to love. At 4–5 years old and 50 pounds, she's the perfect combination of playful energy and devoted companionship. While Nala enjoys playing hard, chasing toys, and exploring outdoors, she also appreciates having a safe place to relax and recharge. She's happiest when she has an active family that will include her in everyday adventures. Because of her past, Nala is cautious when meeting new people and needs a patient adopter who understands that trust takes time. She isn't the kind of dog who instantly loves everyone she meets. Instead, she forms deep, lasting bonds with her people, and once you've earned her trust, you'll have a fiercely loyal best friend for life. Nala gets along well with other dogs when introductions are done properly, but she does have some resource guarding with food and toys around other dogs. She does not resource guard these items with people. She would do best with an experienced owner who can manage mealtimes and high-value items appropriately, or as the only dog where she can soak up all the attention herself. If you're looking for a devoted companion who will reward your patience with unwavering love and loyalty, Nala is ready to begin her next chapter. She's waiting for someone willing to see past her cautious first impression and discover the incredible dog she truly is. Nala is spayed, microchipped, fully vaccinated, and current on heartworm, flea, and tick prevention. She is also potty trained and kennel trained, settling quietly in her crate after a fun-filled day. To see more pictures and videos of Nala, please visit the link below. Story
Bacon was abandoned outside of a daycare and the daycare kids named her Bacon. She is approximately 4 years old and possibly the sweetest girl you'll ever meet. She is a shiba inu/german shepherd mix. She loves food and pets. She can be skiddish if you move too quickly around her. Bacon is very very smart, but hasn't had any training. Her foster family is working on helping her learn basic commands and work on potty training and crate training. Bacon is great with small children. We don't know how she is with cats. She seems interested in being friends with other dogs. Bacon needs a home that will help her learn some new tricks and give her the love she deserves!
