Despite the challenges she's faced, this sweet girl has a gentle heart and a loving soul. She has a low energy level, is housetrained, and walks nicely on a leash. Piper is also good with other dogs, making her a great companion for another calm canine. Her easygoing nature makes her a wonderful fit for first-time dog owners and seniors alike. She enjoys soft cuddles, leisurely strolls, and playing gently with toys. Piper would thrive in a quiet home—whether an apartment or house—where she can feel safe, loved, and understood. If you're looking for a calm, affectionate dog, Piper is ready to steal your heart.

WATCH MY VIDEO...Holly is only two years old, and already her heart breaks. When you pass her kennel, she cowers quietly in the corner, hoping to be invisible. The noise, the strangers, the constant movement… it’s all too much for her sensitive soul. But step outside with her, give her a little time, and you’ll meet the real Holly. She walks nicely on a leash, loves gentle cuddles, and gets the sweetest bursts of playful energy once she starts to feel safe. She is friendly, affectionate, and eager to connect, even if her fear sometimes gets the best of her. Holly would thrive with an energetic, playful dog who can help build her confidence and show her that the world isn’t so scary. Holly came to us from a very rural Alabama shelter, and she is still learning that people can be kind and life can be fun. She doesn’t need perfection. She just needs patience, understanding, and a home where she can finally relax and be herself. Please help us share Holly. Her adoption fee has been kindly covered by her friends at Alzoo.
