She is just about 25 pounds and will not be a big girl. She gets along with other dogs, she is an easy keeper, kennels nicely, she is shy but will warm up. An approved application needs to be on file before a visit can be arranged. Applications are found on the website at agsrescue.com under forms.

Beethoven (A142600) is an 8-month-old Basset Hound mix who weighed 30.4 pounds on intake! Foster to Adopt: We are looking for a foster-to-adopt for Beethoven, given his nervous behavior. When Beethoven gets to know someone, he really bonds with them. However, he needs a very patient person that is committed to giving him time and space and working with him on his confidence. If you think you are the person for him, please visit the front desk to complete a foster application!06/25/26 This pup is Beethoven! Beethoven was surrendered to the shelter and looking for his new place to call home. Beethoven was described as an outgoing, friendly, and affectionate pup once he is familiar with her. However, he has found this new environment very scary and is looking for a home that will give him the time to decompress. We encourage his next owner to look into the Fear Free Happy Homes website for ways to help him during the transition time. Beethoven was said to do great with babies and children in his last home. His experience with other animals outside his home is nonexistent. Ensuring you are making slow, safe, and controlled introductions with all new animals is important in helping set him up for success.
