Story
Meet Belle!
Belle is a one-year-old Beagle with a tail that seems to run on its own unlimited energy supply. She is an absolute love bug who spends her days happily prancing around with a smile on her face and a joyful personality that is impossible not to fall in love with. Wherever Belle goes, she brings a little extra sunshine with her.
Belle is very easygoing and has done wonderful with the people and dogs she has met. She is house trained, crate trained, and is the type of dog that settles into family life beautifully. She has also been around cats and does well with them. She may think they are interesting and worthy of investigation, but she has shown no aggression. We haven’t had the opportunity to test Belle with children yet, but based on her personality, we think she would likely do well.
If you’re looking for a sweet companion with a happy heart, a gentle personality, and classic Beagle charm, Belle may just be your girl. 🐾

Please note:
We cannot guarantee breed or breed mix, as our information is often limited to what is observed or shared by a previous owner.
Changes in environment may also affect behavior—so while we do our best to assess each dog, we cannot guarantee personality traits, temperament, or preferences.
All of our dogs are fully vetted, including:
• Spay or neuter
• Age-appropriate vaccinations
• Rabies vaccination
• Microchipping
• Heartworm and Lyme testing
• Deworming
• Flea and tick treatment
• Heartworm prevention
• Any other necessary medical care
Foster-to-adopt means the dog will live with you while completing any remaining veterinary care. Once completed, the adoption is finalized.
Each adoption includes a 6-week group obedience class (a $125 value).
If adopting a puppy under 6 months of age, we cover the cost of spay/neuter at the appropriate time.
Paws-in-Prison dogs are not available for adoption until they complete their training program. However, you may apply in advance to reserve your highly trained companion.
