Story
I'm not any more than 3 years old. I can be quite energetic and is a very smart girl! I also can be very affectionate. I have several hobbies from watching nature, sniffaris, to chewing on a nice bone, to playing fun games with my owner. The previous owner and Mr. Daniel found me in Middle Tennessee. I was pretty much outside all the time, and in a kennel or chained up. So, the previous owner decided to rescue her with Daniel's assistance. I contracted heartworms but have been receiving treatment. My oral medication may only last for another month or so, then I will be on preventative care, especially as the worms die off. My previous owner abandoned me. So, I want to have a better-quality life than what Daniel can provide for me. Being the smart breed that I am, I desire good stimulation for my mind, and a loving home where I'm the only dog.

Story
Mastani was adopted as a puppy from a shelter in Alabama. She was a loved dog but her owners kept her on a chain because of improper fencing. Then the owner went over seas and asked if I could board til they returned. She didn’t want to send her to family because of the fact they already had two dogs and a third female would not work out. When the owner returned she found out she was expecting a baby and had lost her place to live. So she moved in with her family and surrender her dog to us but only because it was taking her too long to get stable after the baby was born. Mastani is a good dog and loved her owner very much and she waited patiently. At least the visits to take her to the park made her feel like there was still hope. Nice clean girl does well in her crate snd is house broken and crate trained. Plays well with other dogs but is better with male dogs than female.

Spayed or Neutered,
Story
You just got to LOVE those ears! Patty is very shy at first and will take some time to warm up to you. She's playful and would do best with a dog her size or larger. Living as a yard ornament most of her life it's been an adjustment to being pampered inside a home. She will take patience to work with while she learns to accept you and your pets. Do not recommend for apartment living. She needs a secure yard to play safely in. Patty is about 2 years old, spayed, microchipped, heartworm negative, current on vaccines now, weighs 24 pounds, wormed, heartworm prevention, Nexgard for flea and tick protection. A lady living close by was feeding the girls and reached out for help. Patty was with two other dogs stranded in a field in Luxahoma, Ms. One of the girls, Stitch was injured and needed treatment. Patty thinks food is great! Loves getting her daily meals now. She's good on kennel training. It's a good adjustment being able to live indoors and getting adjusted to other pets in the foster home. Patty needs work on leash training but with patience she's doing pretty good. She will let you know if anyone is approaching your home or your yard. She is a bit shy and rolls over on her back and warms up quickly. Just begging for LOVE! Her adoption fee is $150. If interested in giving this pet a home, please send us an email and we will send you an application to fill out. saveonepet@gmail.com Save 1 Pet is a 501 (c) 3 approved charity committed to helping homeless animals. We don't have a facility (shelter) but work out of our homes to foster the animals until they find a forever home. Please be advised that for all adoptions, we will conduct reference checks, including veterinary references. Our adoption fee for dogs includes spay/neuter, heart worm check, current vaccines, microchip, worming and heart worm/flea/tick prevention. For dog adoptions, we do conduct fence verification. When adopting an animal, you will be asked to complete our Adoption Contract
