Hi, my name is Bubby and I am looking for my fur-ever home! I am really sweet, really smart, and full of energy. I may be small but I am mighty ball of playful excitement! I only have one eye but I don’t let that stop me and I make up for it with my big personality. I have been learning all sorts of neat tricks like potty training, kennel training and a few basic commands like sit. I can be pretty independent but I love cuddling too! My favorite toys are ones with loud squeakers that I will squeak until I fall asleep and bones that I can chew to my hearts content. I love playing with other dogs (but not too rough) and I love playing fetch and chase. I am so smart that I pick up on things incredibly fast, so I learn new things very quick. I think I would do well in a home by myself or with other dogs, I do get a little jealous when all the attention is not on me though. I have met a cat that I wanted to be best friends with but I do have to learn to give them some space when they want it. I haven’t met many little kids but there isn’t really anything that I don’t like so far.

Story
Rocket is a 7-year-old beagle mix with a big personality and a lot of love for her people. She’s extremely affectionate and happiest curled up next to you (or sleeping in the bed). Her favorite things are playing fetch with a Chuck-It, chasing the water hose, and getting lots of cuddles. Rocket is great with people and kids, but she needs to be the only pet in the home. She has developed aggression toward our other female dog, and we believe she will do best in a single-dog household where she can have all the attention. She is spayed, up to date on all shots, and will come with several months of flea and a year long heartworm prevention shot. This has been a very hard decision for our family, and we are focused on finding the right home for her. Would love to meet you if you think your home is the right fit!
