He is very smart, crate trained and house trained. He knows how to sit. He does get excited and may try to jump on you. But he is good with commands. He does very well on his own and loves to follow me around the house. I think he is about 4/5 years old maybe he is an adult dog and we found him roaming around the neighborhood. I posted him and no one has replied or seemed to know where he came from. He is a little scared of my other pets.

Hi there my name is Mickey! If you are looking for a dog where strangers will stop and stare that is me! I have been working on crate training and basic obedience. I walk really beautifully on the leash, so much so that the neighbors have complemented me. Getting in the crate comes at a price (treats) but once I am in I will relax. I am also potty trained. I am shy at first so give me a week. I do well with other dogs but I enjoy chilling by your side. I don't want to play unless it's with you! I love meeting new people and dogs! I am big and I don't realize it, so I won't be a good fit around small kids. I am looking for a chill family because a higher energy environment causes me to get a bit too excited. But I would really enjoy someone to be active with—I love my walks! Did I mention I jog right by your side? I am always checking in with you, to slow down or speed up. Mickey is a male Sheepdog mix with an estimated date of birth of 6/15/25. He weighs 68 lbs.
