Story
01/19/26 14:41 CAMeet Lucia! a 9-month-old Lab mix with a friendly, social personality and a happy, outgoing spirit. She loves people and enjoys being around other dogs, making her a great candidate for an active, loving home. As a young dog, Lucia is still learning the ropes and will benefit from continued training and guidance to help her develop good manners. She’s eager, curious, and at the perfect age for someone who wants to shape a dog into a wonderful lifelong companion. With consistency, structure, and positive reinforcement, Lucia has all the potential to thrive. Lucia would do best with adopters who are committed to helping her learn basic obedience, and channel her puppy energy in healthy ways. In return, she’ll reward you with affection, loyalty, and lots of joyful moments. If you’re looking for a sweet, social young dog ready to learn and grow with you, Lucia might be your girl!!Email advocatessbcas@gmail.com for more information, her advocate would be happy to chat with you!

Story
***Young at Heart***After what appears to be quite awhile on his own in the streets, this senior German Shepherd is ready for a fresh start. He’s currently working on gaining weight and growing his beautiful coat back. If his head is any indication, it will be a luxurious one with beautiful markings. Despite what he’s been through, Julian has a soft, tender spirit. He takes treats with the gentlest mouth, and is always ready to lean in for a good snuggle. He`s still working on his loose leash walking, but he gets rave reviews from day fosters every time he goes out. What needs no improvement is his fetch game. He may be 8, but you`d never know it watching him sprint to the end of a yard, catch the ball and happily trot back to you where he leaves it at your feet. Come meet this Golden Batchelor today!
