Meet Maggie!Maggie was found wandering the streets of Memphis, TN, doing her best to survive on her own. After guiding her to a safe space and gaining some trust, she was able to be leashed and brought to safety. It did not take long for her sweet personality to shine.Maggie has proven to be an incredibly loving and affectionate girl. She adores people, happily soaks up every bit of attention, and is always ready for pets and cuddles. She enjoys playing with other dogs in the yard and has done well with the cats in her foster home, making her a wonderful companion for any household.Maggie knows how to sit for treats, is eager to please, and is quickly discovering what it means to be safe, loved, and part of a family. Every day, her confidence continues to grow. She can still get a little nervous in new spaces and looks to her humans for safety. Maggie will need a patient family who understands that allows her to get comfortable at her own pace. After everything she's been through, Maggie deserves a lifetime of love, comfort, and belly rubs.
