Meet Lucy and Ricky! (They need to be adopted together)This adorable bonded pair has been with each other through thick and thin. They originally came to PCHS back in 2021 and were here for a few months and were adopted. After 4 and half years they found their way back to us through no fault of their own. Their family was moving to an assisted living program and could not take the dogs with. Understandably, they are a bit unsure being back in shelter but they are adjusting quickly. We are hoping their stay with us can be short. They enjoy going out for walks, getting attention and chilling on a nice comfy dog bed. They have lived with cats and have done well with them. Not only are they cat friendly, but they are used to be around kids from ages 2-12 years. These two would make a great addition to almost any household. *Ricky does have an old injury to his hip/tail so he walks with a bit of a `hitch` in his step but it does not seem to cause pain. He has had this since he was under a year old and has been doing well, he just walks a little `funny`.If this bonded pair sounds like a good match for you, apply online today!Adoption fee for the pair is $200 + $30 microchip fee (each) + tax

Hey everyone! Meet Benny!This goofy little fella came to PCHS from a valued southern rescue partner. He was found on the streets as just a pup and no one ever came to claim him. He spent several weeks with his original rescue getting some vet work done and when he was ready, he made the journey to PCHS in hopes of finding his forever home!Benny is estimated to be about 8 months old and was listed as a `shepherd mix`. While we do not know what breeds he is made up of, we do know that he is very cute, spunky, silly, and ready to have a family of his very own! Benny is on the smaller side and is just under 40 pounds. He still has some growing to do, but we do not think he will hit the 50 pound mark. Benny is still a puppy and has plenty of puppy energy. He would love a family that has time to take him on walks, hikes, or adventures in general. He may also enjoy having a canine sibling or two to play with in his new home! This dashing and charming boy is Alexander!Alexander came to PCHS when he was found as a stray in Lyle MN. The finders held onto him for over a month looking for owners but unfortunately no one ever came forward to claim him. He then made his way here so he could get some vet work and find his new home!Alexander is a happy, social boy who would love an active family to take him on walks or play in the yard with him. He does not seem to mind the other dogs and may enjoy a canine companion in his new home. He is thought to be about 2 and half and some sort of smaller shepherd type mix. He is on the smaller side and under 50 pounds. Alexander is looking for a fresh start where he can thrive. Could your home be the perfect fit for him?
