INTRO
Meet Lilac, a sweet and gentle little girl with a calm presence that makes her especially endearing. While her siblings are busy making mischief, Lilac is often perfectly content taking everything in at her own pace.
HISTORY
Lilac and her six siblings came to HART when they were just two weeks old. Their mama was surrendered with them, and she will be returning to her original owner after being sterilized, brought up to date on vaccinations, and microchipped.
Lilac was born on 07/10/2026 and has been raised in a foster home where she has had plenty of opportunity to grow, learn, and experience what it means to be part of a family.
Lilac is located in Kennewick, in Eastern Washington. We share information about our dogs in postings based in other cities to improve their chances of finding a great forever home. She is well worth a road trip, and we encourage you to come and meet her before you decide she should join your family!
SOCIALIZATION, TEMPERAMENT AND TRAINING
Lilac has a calm, quiet, gentle temperament that makes her a particularly lovely little puppy. She isn’t the one who needs to be the center of every moment. Instead, she has a softer presence and seems happy simply being part of the action.
Lilac is fostered with twin toddlers and other dogs, giving her experience living alongside both children and canine companions. She and her siblings are working hard on crate training and potty training while learning the basics of becoming well-rounded family dogs.
Lilac is still very young, and her personality will continue to develop as she grows. Positive-reinforcement training and puppy classes will help her continue building confidence while learning all the skills she needs to become a wonderful adult companion.
It’s important to remember: Lilac is a PUPPY, and PUPPIES ARE HARD WORK! She has sharp nails, needle teeth, boundless curiosity, and an impressive ability to find things she probably shouldn’t have. She will have accidents, chew things, pounce on your shoes, and generally keep you on your toes. Please don’t apply to adopt Lilac unless you’re prepared for the time, patience, energy, and commitment required to raise a puppy right!
HEALTH STATUS
Lilac has received two puppy vaccinations, 4 rounds of deworming, and has been microchipped. She appears to be in good health.
Lilac will be sterilized as part of her HART adoption. Additional veterinary care, including ongoing vaccinations and routine puppy care, will be the responsibility of her adopter.

The adoption fee for Lilac is $425.
