Born into an unwanted litter, Scout and his siblings missed out on the comforts most puppies take for granted — couches, bedtime routines, and humans who call them theirs. But somehow, Scout never let that dim his spirit. Scout is incredibly friendly, affectionate, and playful, with a heart that’s clearly been saving up love just waiting for the right people. He’s great with other dogs and kids, and greets life with a wagging tail and a hopeful look that says, “Is this my family?” His mom is a heeler/border collie mix around 40 lbs, and dad? Well… dad was apparently a traveling salespup, charming his way through town and leaving us with a mystery — possibly shepherd, possibly heartthrob, definitely good looks. Whatever the mix, Scout inherited the best parts: brains, athleticism, and a deep desire to be close to his people. Pinky Lou Hi everyone, I am the only one of my siblings with a lighter brindle coat and pointy ears. I love to run free and play. I might be a little skiddish, but once I know you I with give lots of kisses. Oh, and I can sit really well if you put a leash on me. I can almost stand at a standstill, lol. I am still a puppy and learning, but I am good with kids and cats. I also understand when it's time to eat, that I should go to my kennel. If you have a large yard to let me run and time to play with me, then I would love to go home with you. I am waiting.... :) Local adoption fee is $250 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $550 (includes transport to your area)
