Rocky is a resilient Belgian Malinois looking for a calm, understanding forever home. Rocky was found in Texas at a local playground underweight, covered in ticks, and with a broken leg. He had been severely abused and dumped. After surgery and an extensive rehabilitation period, including five months of crate rest, Rocky made a full physical recovery and is now healthy and mobile. Because of his past trauma, Rocky prefers affection on his own terms. When he feels stressed or overwhelmed, he does not want to be touched and will communicate this clearly. He has never bitten anyone, but he needs a home where his space and signals are respected. For this reason, we believe Rocky is not a good fit for a home with children under the age of 13. When Rocky feels safe and trusts his people, he is affectionate and loving. He enjoys belly rub, snuggling, and playing fetch—he’ll happily chase a ball for as long as you’re willing to throw it. He is a low-drive Malinois who thinks he's a lap dog

Blondie is a stunning 8-year-old German Shepherd and Malinois mix weighing 58 lbs. She is a highly intelligent, focused dog who requires a handler with extensive experience in working breeds and protection training. Based on her behaviors, it appears she began professional protection training in the past that was never fully completed. She possesses a strong, confident personality and has the potential to be an exceptional companion for a person who understands how to provide the structure and leadership these breeds require. Despite likely spending the earlier part of her life outdoors, Blondie has transitioned remarkably well to life inside and is fully housebroken. She has been making excellent progress with her current training and is eager to work. However, due to her high drive and dominant nature, she must be the only pet in the home. She is not compatible with children or cats and shows dominance toward other dogs. Blondie is fully prepared for her forever home. She is spayed, heartworm negative, fully vaccinated, and dewormed. Meet Buddy! He showed up at my husband’s job a few months ago, skinny and covered in ticks. We took him in and got him UTD with shots and back to being a healthy boy! He is about one year old and HW negative. He has had some obedience training and is a quick learner. He has been a full time outdoor dog with us, so we assume he is not potty or crate trained, but we think he would pick it up very quickly. He does not seem reactive to other dogs when on walks in the neighborhood, so with proper introductions, we think he could be with other dogs. He loves playing with his squeaky balls and playing fetch! We believe he would do well with an owner that could give him that exercise and attention. He loves being pet and loved on, and being with his humans! Our circumstances have changed and we can no longer foster him. We are happy to help with the cost of getting him fixed. We just want to see him in a good, loving home!

Story
Kaia has been shown in both Obedience and Rally. She was being trained in Agility. This is a 100% working breed and needs a very active home. Unfortunately, we do not have the time to continue these activities and she is getting bored (no fault of hers). She currently lives with another malinois and 10lb mutton, but she is dog reactive at first. I would love to see her go to a home that wants to show her or at least loves to exercise and can take her on walks/runs, etc. Then, at the end of the day can snuggle with her. She is so willing to please her humans.
