We adopted Kodi after she was found abandoned in a box at a veterinarian's office. She is about 6 months old and such a sweet, playful puppy. She loves going on walks, exploring, meeting new people, and then curling up to sleep right next to you. We truly wish we could keep her, but a recent change in our work schedule means we can't give her the time and attention she deserves. We're looking for a loving, patient home where she'll be part of the family. Kodi is affectionate, curious, energetic, and loyal. We are only asking a small adoption fee to ensure we find serious, committed adopters who will give her a great forever home. She hasn't been spayed yet. But will need to be done in the next few months.

Pet Location: Wayside Waifs Campus My Friends at Wayside say: - Chews, Kong-like feeders, puzzle toys—help to keep me entertained!- I have a lot of energy and need an active adopter! - I already know some commands!- An adopter with experience using non-aversive training methods would help me thrive!My home needs are: - I need a home with kids 6 years old and older who will enjoy my enthusiasm for life!- If you have kids in the home aged 6-9, I will need to meet them to make sure they enjoy my enthusiasm for life!- Wayside recommends researching my breed before adoption.- I must meet other dogs in the home before adoption to ensure that we can be buddies- please arrive with your dog before 4pm on our open adoption days so they can meet!- I am eligible for a Slumber Pawty, a 7-10 day in-home trial period. If you already have a dog at home, the Slumber Pawty is required. Please visit our website for additional information.
