Please be patient with me as I learn. Will you paw-promise to train me in obedience too? I'm super smart & eager to please. 4. I get along great with other large dogs and would love to have a nice male doggo in my forever home. 5. I dream of having a dog bed of my own, a family to love me, to go on walks, get pup-cups, snuggle on the couch, and share in all of life's special moments. 6. Story
IDGSR Welcomes NOVA into the safety of the rescue!! THIS DOG IS FOSTERED IN TENNESSEE AND AVAILABLE FOR TRANSPORT ************** Hiya Friends! My name is Nova and I'm a sweet 4-6yr old female Shepherd mix gal. I am located in Greeneville TN and will be available for transport. Quick Facts: Age - 4-6yrs old Kids - will do fine with older kids (10+) Dogs - good with large male dogs Cats - NO cats Training - needs standard obedience training 1. My story is pretty sad. I was chained to a tree with no interaction and used for breeding. I had my last litter of puppies (all have been adopted) and now it's my turn! 2. My foster mom estimates my age to be about 4-6yrs old. We aren't quite sure but because of my hard upbringing, I have a little more gray on my face. 3. I enjoy taking walks, exploring in the backyard, playing with other large breed dogs, and resting with my foster mom. I'm house & kennel trained even tho I don't need to be in one! 4. I would love to find a person/family who will take me on walks, tell me I'm the bestest girl in the world, and show me what a loving family really is. 5. If you are looking for a resilient, loving, friendly, sweet, and loyal new companion - I'm your girl! **SERIOUS APPLICANTS ONLY! If you are not 100% ready to adopt, please wait** ************** ***IMPORTANT ADOPTION INFORMATION*** -ALL dogs are fostered in TENNESSEE unless otherwise noted -We do transport dogs to the east coast; a transport fee will apply -All dogs are up-to-date on vaccinations, heart-worm testing, monthly preventatives, & are spayed or neutered -Puppies under 6-months of age will require a SPAY/NEUTER CONTRACT, a portion of the adoption fee will be refunded upon documentation of the spay/neuter -An application must be submitted before scheduling an appointment to meet a dog -Dogs are introduced to prospective adopters BY APPOINTMENT ONLY -Due to the high volume of emails we receive, first priority will be given to those with submitted applications -All rescue work is done by dedicated volunteers, please be respectful of their time -Not able to adopt? IDGSR Welcomes SAMBA into the safety of the rescue!! THIS DOG IS FOSTERED IN TENNESSEE & AVAILABLE FOR TRANSPORT ************** Hiya Friends! My name is Samba and I'm a beautiful cream Shepherd mix. I am located near Nashville TN and will be available for transport. Quick Facts Age: 5yrs old Kids: teenage or adult home preferred Dogs: good with large male dogs Cats: NO cats Training: needs obedience training 1. I'm brand new to the rescue. My great foster mom busted me out of the scary shelter where I was beginning to shut down. I'm learning what it's like to live in a loving home. 2. I'm a Shepherd mix gal with shorter legs, I'm a shortykins. My medium stature would be great for someone wanting a German Shepherd look but smaller size. I'd do fine in an apartment, condo, or townhome with proper exercise. 3. I would do fine as an only dog or with a nice male companion. I'm more mellow and don't care for the high energy of young puppies or rowdy kids. 4. Being a middle aged gal, I have half decent manners. I could use an obedience refresher, it will also help us bond. Pro tip: use hot dogs or cheese & I'll do anything! 5. If you have been looking for a medium size friendly, moderate energy, house/crate trained, overall wonderful new companion - I'm your girl!
