Our Rescue conducts adoptions by appointment only. We are currently closed to the public. We have many animals to care for daily, and are facing a shortage of volunteers. We will respond as soon as possible. Meet Octavia, whom our organization recently rescued. She is adapting remarkably well, exhibiting a playful and affectionate personality. Octavia displays affection by approaching individuals and seeking lap time. She thoroughly enjoys belly rubs and receiving ample attention. Her breed mix is Shepherd and Labrador Retriever. She is seeking a foster-to-adopt home, which entails a family committed to providing care, love, education, and ultimately, a permanent family. Adoptions are scheduled by appointment only after an application has been completed and approved. If you are interested in adopting, please download an adoption application from our website TORescue.org, and submit it to us. Please do not visit any shelters or rescue groups before coming to ours. We do this to keep our animals healthy and prevent diseases from entering our rescue. Jaycee is the sweetest girl who deserves a loving forever home. She is a sweetheart and very affectionate. She likes being around people and enjoys attention. Jaycee gets along great with other dogs and cats. She is searching for a loving forever home! She and her siblings were found abandoned in a park. Our rescue bottle-fed the puppies and cared for them with love and patience. If you’re looking for a great puppy give Jaycee a home!
