STELLA IS IN HER FOSTER HOME IN MEMPHIS, TN, AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED TO VA ONCE ADOPTED!   Meet Sweet Stella! Stella is a beautiful 10-month-old Belgian Shepherd/Black Mouth Cur mix, weighing around 45 pounds. She’s a super smart, energetic girl who is always ready for her next adventure! Stella loves zoomies, long walks, and trips to the dog park/doggy daycare. Fetch might still be a mystery to her, but she makes up for it by being an absolute champ at tug-of-war! Once she finally slows down, she turns into the sweetest, most cuddly pup who wants nothing more than to be close to her human.   This bright girl is crate trained, housebroken, and a very quick learner. She’s still working on leash manners—mostly because she thinks you should walk as fast as she does! Stella rides great in the car and settles well once she’s had her play time.   Stella hasn’t been fully tested with cats, as the cats in her foster home aren’t fans of dogs. She would do great with kids and could thrive as the only dog in the home, or with a confident, playful dog sibling. She would love a home with room to run or a human who enjoys staying active with her.   Stella is a loving, joyful, silly girl who will bring so much happiness to the lucky family who chooses her. She’s ready to be your adventure buddy—and your cuddle buddy too! She is fully vetted. Vetting includes spay/neuter, microchip, rabies and all puppy vaccinations. Her adoption fee of $600 includes the transport to VA. Story
Carrots is an owner give up to our rescue. Below is the information her owner gave us initially. I have had Carrots for almost two years now. She has been the most amazing friend I could have asked for. She rarely barks and only lets out an occasional whine if she needs to go out or is wanting some attention. She’s a well behaved for a dog that lives her life with me in a small dorm and can only go out to play fetch or go for a walk when I’m not at class or work. She needs better. In general, she has been amazing for the hand she’s been dealt. I actually couldn’t be more grateful for how well she’s treated me as she’s grown to be near a full two years old!! I am having to part with her because she is still a puppy, and I’m a Junior in college struggling to work and commute on weekends when I have to, and give her the attention she deserves. She’s trained well. She sits on command, she can stay if you ask, she’s house trained, and she’s comfortable with her kennel if needed. She uses a harness for walks and does great. She was trained to walk on the left of you and she’s usually pretty good about staying focused. She has started the process of being an ESA certified dog but has not rec'd her second certification. Her previous owner said that she was around a child once and growled so we do not recommend her with small children. She has never been around cats so we cannot say whether she will or will not be okay arounds feline friends. She would make a great family member for an active family. Carrots is being fostered in MS but included in your adoption fee is transport to a location near you by Rescue Riders Pet Transport, the most animal friendly transport on the road! The adoption fee includes her medical for a health certificate and transport to you. We look forward to hearing from you soon!

I am a social butterfly who loves every dog I meet and really hope my future home has other pups to play with! In my foster home, my favorite times are snuggle time, playtime, and dinner time! I'm a pro at cleaning my plate. I am a bit curious about the resident kitty in my foster home, but I promise I've never been anything but polite! I'm well versed in 'sit' and adore a game of fetch. Give me a backyard, and I'll run myself into nap time. I've made many furry and human friends in my foster home, and they all seem to think I'm great! I'm working on mastering the leash and to not bark, but I am getting into the crate when asked! If you have a couch and endless love to give, I'm ready to be yours!" He is 4 years old and 65 lbs. He is fully vetted including neuter, microchip, and all shots including rabies shot. His adoption fee of $600 includes the transport to VA.
