Story
nova is the sweetest dog you’ve ever met. The problem is my daughter just doesn’t have time to train her or groom her or do the other things that this wonderful dog really needs. she absolutely craves human interaction. She loves to be pet unfortunately sometimes that translates as her jumping up on you and simply not being polite because when she sees you, she just wants to be with you so badly and right now no one has the time to do that for her so she needs a wonderful home with someone who really loves her and has the time to spend with her so that she can be happy

Story
George is an Bernese Mountain/Saint Bernard mix and weighs apprx 115 lbs. For close to 2 years, George and Piper were being starved living off portions of table scraps (when he was allowed to eat at all). They had basically NO shelter from the elements. What little water he had was muddy and not drinkable. He attempted to get water off of a small tin roof when it rained that barely covered his living area (which was chained to a post and unable to move past approximately 5 feet). George would be punched and kicked by the kids of the family. Since the day they were rescued, they have been provided with food, vet care, up-to-date vaccinations, treats, walks, love, and safety. From past meet-and-greets, we've learned that he does not do well with larger male dogs. He needs understanding, patience, structure, and time to decompress in a new environment. George is leash trained and is comfortable in a house and goes to the door when he needs to potty.
