Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Beau loves everyone — truly. Every dog, every human, every stranger who quickly becomes a friend. He walks great on a leash, enjoys saying hi to the world, and carries a gentle, happy energy everywhere he goes.   He’s still working on housetraining and will need a patient, consistent home to help him keep improving. Beau is also on a little health reset — he needs to lose a few pounds, and daily walks plus a balanced diet will get him there.   Medical Notes: Neutered Vaccinated Dewormed Microchipped Heartworm Negative Mainatained on monthly preventatives Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.January 7, 2026, 10:42 am

Story
Opal came to us not spayed and with a couple of mammary masses and a mass in her ovaries. We have since spayed her and had her masses removed and biopsied and all looks good! Eyes will need to be kept on her but she is ready to find her forever home-yay! Opal is suuuuch a sweet girl and loves to snuggle and is great with other dogs. Really we think she could be good with any family! She does still need to gain some weight but now that she is with a foster they can work on that! Opal cannot be in a home with stairs-she does not like to be picked up and stairs are a challenge for her. She may have some arthritis that causes her to really not liked to be picked up and this is the only time she will get grumpy. Other than that she is a sweetie!January 5, 2026, 1:01 pm

Story
Charlie is a very sweet little guy who came to us after his family was in a fire. After having some initial bloodwork done at intake we discovered that his liver enzymes were very high. After seeing a specialist and getting some additional testing done we are sad to report that Charlie does have Autoimmune Hepatitis which does give him sadly only about 6-12 months left with us. He does have a temp foster but we are looking for an end of life foster or adopter for after the new year. He is a very sweet guy and we are so sad that this is his prognosis.January 5, 2026, 1:01 pm
