Sylvie is not actually a Norwegian cat but a Nebelung who was abandoned by a young couple after they had a baby. They just left her at the new apartment complex I now live in. According to my neighbor, she has been on the property for 6 years, making her about 7 years old. I found Sylvie (that's what I named her) in April 2025. She had a severe case of mange, which I treated, and now her fur has grown back, with only a few thin patches here and there. Sylvie is very friendly and gets along well with my Rat Terrier and four other rescued cats. She still lives outdoors mainly on my patio, eats twice a day, and nibbles on kibble throughout the day. I would love to keep Sylvie because she is a beautiful cat and a rare breed; however, I am already over the pet limit in my apartment. I am eager to give her the loving home she deserves.
