Story
Roo may need a little time before he decides you're his person, but once he does, get ready for the purrs.
At just 3 months old, Roo is already sporting some seriously impressive Maine Coon-like ear tufts that somehow make his sweet little face even cuter. Underneath all that fluff is a gentle, sensitive boy who likes to take his time figuring out new people and new surroundings.
Roo can be shy when he's somewhere unfamiliar or meeting someone for the first time. He's not the kitten who will immediately run into the middle of the room and demand attention. Instead, he wants to observe, settle in, and learn that he's safe.
Once that happens, though, a completely different Roo starts to appear. The nervous little kitten turns into an absolute purr machine who soaks up love from the people he's learned to trust. Earning his affection makes it that much sweeter.
Because Roo is a more sensitive guy, he's looking for a calm, gentle home where he can feel secure. Rowdy young children or high-energy dogs would likely be overwhelming for him, but older children who understand how to be calm and respectful would be a great fit. He could also do well with a laid-back dog who is happy to give him his space.
Roo doesn't need someone to rush him. He just needs someone patient enough to show him that he's safe, loved, and home. Give this fluffy-eared little boy that chance, and he'll reward you with all the purrs he has.
