Bolin is a six year old, neutered, male black and tan coonhound looking for a new home. He enjoys lying on the couch and sniffing in the backyard. He is good with children and other dogs, including small breeds. He would do best in a home with no cats. He is challenging to walk on a leash and will bark at other dogs. He likes the dog park though. His birthday is December 9, 2019.

Story
Dolly is a spunky black and tan coonhound mix! At 8 years old this girl still loves to run and play. Unfortunately with a small baby I am unable to give her the walks and run time she needs. She would run all day if we had the space but with limited yard space and availability to go on long walks I truly do not feel she’s getting the time, attention, and care she so rightfully deserves. She had a long time doggy companion until the end of last year…She does well with dogs and would love older children to run and play with. Ideally the family we find would have property fenced or be willing to take her on long walks daily. Dolly is completely house trained, does not require crate if left in home, and would make a wonderful companion for the right family. She’s a cuddle bug with a big heart and a goofy personality.I will be seriously reviewing candidates as it is important to me her needs are absolutely going to be met.As of 8/1:Dolly is completely up to date on all shots/ wellness visit

Sleepy is being fostered in PA. The adorable Sleepy is celebrating his second birthday and continues to grow and thrive. He is now crate trained. He is also house trained if kept on a routine. Sleepy has added home protector to his repertoire as he will bark at the sounds of strangers. True to his name, Sleepy has developed an affinity for electric blankets and still loves to cuddle. Although he requires slow introductions to humans and canines, he loves to play with other dogs, prefers not to be alone and is a wonderful companion.. BDRA has voted against the use of electrical fencing effective immediately.

Jerry is being fostered in PA. Jerry is blind.Howdy! Im Jerry, a 4-month-old super smart hound dog. I may be just a little feller, but I am growing and learning pretty darn quick. Im still workin on doing that potty thing outside, but sometimes forget. I know Ill get it, just like I learned how to use a doggie door. I told yall, I am smart as a tack!I came to BDRA with my brother, but we dont need to be adopted together. I dont need no high falutin family or a fancy ranch, but I would love a family to play with me in a fenced yard, take me for walks, and teach me to be a good boy and mind my manners. Aw shucks, I wouldnt even mind having another dog to play with.I am blind but that doesnt stop me at all. I love meeting new folks and new dogs. I dont get rattled and just want to play and give kisses. I reckon all I really want is my own family to love and for them to love and care for me too.BDRA has voted against the use of electrical fencing effective immediately.

Ben is being fostered in PA. Ben is blind.Hey ya’ll I’m Ben and I aint notin but a hound dog, a 4-month-old hound dog. I’m a baby and growing, but I is real smart and I learn real quick. I’m a good boy and am learning to do that potty thing outside, but I sometimes forget. I’ll get it, I promise! I sleep all night and don’t potty in my pen.
