This outgoing, sweet boy is full of life and ready for an active home that can keep up with his hound energy and enthusiasm for adventure.He loves Kong toys, enjoys staying busy, and has a signature happy trot when he walks that will instantly make you smile. Sweet Potato is almost housebroken—he does great most of the time but may have an occasional accident while he’s still settling into a routine.As a true hound, Sweet Potato has a strong voice and lots to say, so apartment living probably isn’t his style. He’ll do best in a cat-free home with plenty of space to stretch his legs and a person who has the time, stamina, and dedication to give him the exercise and mental stimulation he needs.If you’re looking for a fun, energetic, affectionate companion and have room in your life (and yard!) for a lively hound, Sweet Potato may be your perfect match. Nala is one of those dogs who NEVER meets a stranger! She is all hugs and wiggles and REALLY deserves the home of her dreams. She was originally adopted from us but recently brought back in because her exercise needs were too high for her family`s lifestyle. They sang her praises, though, and told us that Nala was perfect with other animals (both dogs and cats!), that she knows how to sit on command, and that she was almost completely housebroken! Nala is so excited ANY time she gets the smallest bit of attention and is happiest when she is close to someone. She loves to run and play and is OBSESSED with toys and treats! She might be 3 years old, but Nala is a puppy at heart and her heart is the size of Texas! Nala is looking for a home with a fenced yard or with adopters who have an active lifestyle so that she can finally lead the adventurous life she`s dreaming of. Please give her a chance!
