Hey all you fabulous people out there, let me introduce myself. I'm ScrappyDoo and I'm here looking to adopt me a family, a home...one I can say will be all mine! And since you're reading this, I'm hoping that you'll consider making ME a part of yours!!!! I am super sweet, but still a little nervous around people, so I will need a little extra time to adjust to a new home. Some of my favorite things to do is take naps and wrestle with my brother Scooby Doo. I love to snuggle on the couch and watch TV, but will also plead with my big, brown puppy dog eyes for some scratches. I am your typical silly pup and know that I will make a great best friend! I'm about 5 months old and come in at around 20lbs. I should be a great size (40-50lbs)when I get myself all the way growed up. I'm gonna be that perfectly pawsome size for ALL adventures, from the mundane daily to your weekend exciting! I am a loving lil fella that loves his people both tall and small and I has got a beautiful coat and such an expressive face you'll have a hard time telling me 'no' even when getting into puppy shenanigans. I have recently learned that I...LOVE the water!! This is soooo great, the best way ever to cool off in the summer heat!! I has got a sweet nature that does love to run around and play with all the other foster pups here. I do really well playing with the other pups but I haven't had the pleasure of meeting any of those creatures y'all call a cat yet, but at my young age and with proper introductions I should be fine with them too! I am sooooo ready to unleash all this awesomeness and be that lil heartbeat at your feet. So, if you think I could be a pawsome fit for you and your lifestyle, please stop scrolling and fill out my adoption application! It can be found at haydudeequine.org

Story
Suny was an owner surrender down in Thayer Missouri and her owner couldn't afford them and subsequently surrendered them to an animal control where they didn't have much time.  She's estimated to be around 8 months old and is one of the sweetest puppies I've ever had the pleasure of fostering! She was very shy when she first came to me and didn't know how to be a puppy. Well the pack showed her how to do it and now she thoroughly enjoys all chew toys and bones but I think her favorites are the squeaky toys! It's been exciting watching her come out of her shell! She absolutely loves to cuddle also good with other dogs and loves people. I can get a cat test if needed. She's really good on a leash with a confident dog beside her otherwise the world is still a little scary for her.    We are working on a few things such as building her confidence and getting her used to all of the scary sounds in the world. I live in the city which can be a very scary place to a nervous puppy, but Suny is getting more confident every day! I think it would be best for her to find a family with a confident dog so they can continue to show her that the world isn't as scary as she thinks! We're also working on potty training and still have a little way to go.    As I said she's one of the sweetest puppies I've ever met even though she had a terrible start. She was emaciated when she came to me but does not have one ounce of resource guarding or one aggressive bone in her body. She's truly a wonderful puppy and I can't wait for her to find her family so she can continue to blossom into the beautiful flower that she is.   If interested, please  complete the  Adoption Application  on our website at  www.NeedyPaws.org  and we will contact you.  Adopters must live within an hour’s drive of St. Louis, MO. Our $275 adoption fee includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip. Story
Miles is a complete love bug! He lives for affection and positive reinforcement. He currently shares his home with two tiny senior female Chihuahuas and is always willing to wait patiently while they get the first treats and dinner. He also has a foster mom who works from home. Miles is an extremely happy and sensitive soul. He absorbs the feelings of his person and environment and works very hard to make sure his foster mom is always happy and protected. Due to his protective nature, he is enrolled in specialized training to assist him in overcoming some of this drive. Miles will shut down if voices are raised or he thinks he’s done something wrong. Miles is true to his breed. He’s always watchful, will try to “herd” his chihuahua lady friends, incredibly smart, and as mentioned, is protective. The ideal home for Miles would be a family without children (as his drive to protect will likely heighten if he has young children around and he’s a big goofy boy that doesn’t realize how strong he is), with someone who works from home or is only gone a few hours a day as he can exhibit signs of separation anxiety, and someone who can be gently consistent with enforcing manners and positive behaviors. Miles is not crate trained as his anxiety skyrockets if crated; however, if left free in the home he will not damage anything. He will sleep peacefully or monitor the comings and goings of the neighborhood through the window. He also requires a home with a fenced yard so he can lay in the sun and play. Miles is 100% a loving, loyal companion. He loves attention, treats, snuggles and walks. He has learned sit, down, wait, gentle, go potty, and walks well on a leash. He is learning to handle his big emotions around protecting “his” family and yard, and improving his consistency with commands, patience and not reacting to external stimulation. He is the smartest dog his foster mom has had in 3 decades of foster and rescue and he will use his intelligence to get what he wants.  In the right scenario, Miles will be an incredible addition to your family! If you are interested, complete the  Adoption Application  on our website at  www.NeedyPaws.org  and we will contact you.  Adopters must live within an hour’s drive of St. Louis, MO. Miles’s adoption fee is $275.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip. Story
This is Lunastra, Lu for short! She is the sweetest and most wiggliest girl you could ever meet! She came to Judy's Forgotten Jewells May 23rd, 2025 after her owner surrendered her as they are moving to a state unfit for her breed. She is a 2 year old Black Mouth Cur and she does well with other dogs of various sizes along with children. She would make a wonderful addition to an active or playful family! She is house-trained and kennel-trained. Due to her prey drive, Lu doesn't do well with cats. Her previous owner had Lu in a crate most of her life, so be slow with her as she is very shy with new people. Once she's comfortable with a person, she becomes a melting, floppy love bug that will try to invade personal space for cuddles! Her adoption fee is $300. The adoption fee includes their care, de-worming, microchip, spay, vaccines, fecal test, and preventatives up to the point of adoption. Story
Bobby Redford is as handsome as his namesake. He's a mild-mannered, 50-pound, neutered mixed breed with a reddish brown coat, large soulful eyes, and ears that are ready for takeoff! Don't let his photos (or his big ears) fool you; this short golden boy is only 23 inches tall from his shoulder to his toes. Bobby is a sweetheart and falls deeply in love with his people. He is good with both people and dogs, and he plays well in large groups. He currently resides with three foster sisters and a foster brother, and he plays with them all day long. Bobby loves to snuggle on the couch and "hug" people with his head. He can entertain himself by watching the world outside the front window or napping in the warmth of a sunbeam. He has a loving nature, and this well-mannered dog would be the perfect addition for anybody looking for a special guy! To learn more about Bobby Redford, fill out an adoption application at istodaymydayrescue.org. Bobby is neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccinations. Due to some generous donations, his adoption fee is $100.
