We LOVE our guy but we're having a baby in a month and he’s a puppy with a few behavior issues. He’s an adorable little guy, loves affection, and is very soft. In an abundance of caution, we need to re-home him. Issues he needs to work on: Jumping on people, demanding attention by mouthing on arms/legs. Uses a muzzle when walking. NOT aggressive but can be reactive with dogs on leash. He had a 3-week board/train for: better walking, leash manners, techniques to stop demand jumping/biting, house manners (place, wait, out), and understanding spatial pressure (when he’s worked up). 3 FREE private lessons with our trainers if you want them. He could benefit from experienced owner committed to training and working on pushy/demanding behavior. He has a lot of energy and needs lots of exercise. Born: 3/1/24. From SPCA. 65lbs. Up to date on all vaccines. Embark DNA profile available.

I love snuggling — seriously, it’s my favorite! I’ve met lots of other dogs and we all get along great. Toys? Yes, please! Stuffies, bones, ropes… if I can chew it, I’m a happy pup. I get super excited to meet new people and dogs. More friends = more fun! I’ve been around adults and kids, and I think they’re all pretty cool. I’m working hard on my potty training and doing great when I go out on a schedule. I’m also practicing my crate training — I eat my meals in there and I’m getting more comfortable hanging out in my crate when my humans are away. I’m still just a baby, so being close to my people makes me feel safe and happy. I’ve even started my leash training, so I’ll be ready for lots of adventures and family walks! You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Hi, my name is Roxy! I a 3-month old Rhodesian Ridgeback mix. I am just a tiny little girl right now at only 12 pounds, I definitely have some growing up to do. My foster mom tells me I am the sweetest little girl and that I am so beautiful with my gorgeous eyes, what do you think? I love to play with my toys and my siblings but I also like to take a good nap after-all a baby needs to get her rest so she can grow. My favorite place to nap is right in my foster mom’s lap. I also like to rest my little face in the nap of her neck, I guess you might say I am a bit of a cuddle bug. I am crate trained and sleep there all night without a peep. I am working on my potty training, but it has been a slow go as I am not sure about that white stuff falling from the sky and I think I may need a little sweater as it is cold outside, but I know I will have it down in no time, especially if treats are in the picture. My foster mom says she loves me to pieces but it is time for me to find a family of my very own that will fall in love with me just like she has.
