Story
Meet Bea! It breaks my heart to do this, but I'm reaching out to find a loving new home for our sweet 10-year-old Treeing Cur mix. She's a beautiful brindle girl who has always been wonderful with older kids and other dogs. Unfortunately, she has started to show aggression towards our toddler, which has become a safety concern. Right now, she has to be kept separate all day, and it's not a good quality of life for her. She's otherwise a fantastic dog with so much love left to give. She deserves a home where she can be a cherished member of the family without the stress of young children. If you or someone you know is looking for a loyal companion and has a home without small children, please reach out. We are desperate to find her a good home and avoid having to make a devastating decision. Please share this post so we can give her the best chance at a happy future.

This girl was part of a forced surrender due to neglect. River is an absolute sweetheart! She likes to play with other dogs and gets along with people. She may hang back a bit and not be the first to greet you but she has a lot of love and fun in her! She might have been house trained but we aren't sure. She is not a girl needing to be in charge, she just wants someone to play with so a house with another dog would be ideal. She deserves a second chance and is looking for a new home. She is located in Tennessee but can be transported through Rescue Riders.
