You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Gentle Giant Moose was born 11/6/2019 and is a sweet and loyal Black Mouth Cur mix.  He has a beautiful, silky, honey-brown coat and large beautiful eyes with natural black eyeliner complimenting those brown eyes. He is very handsome! He enjoys being a protector and is always eager to be by your side.  He is great with kids and company but he can be protective when it comes to strangers. Moose does excellent in the car and really enjoys car rides. He has never cried in the car and will typically take naps. He is an excellent traveler. Moose really thinks he is a small boy but is actually on the larger side, he is a gentle giant.  He is a large cuddle bug who enjoys lounging around on rainy days to snuggle up and watch a movie! He loves being affectionate by giving kisses and cuddles. He enjoys being both indoors and outdoors! Moose is kennel trained and really enjoys his sleep! He is known to snore occasionally when he gets into a deep slumber. He is so sweet and loving! He usually lounges around or waits for his favorite doggy treat when he is inside.  When outdoors he has been known to bring sweet little gifts from time to time such as small bugs or pests, it’s just his way of showing how big his heart is. Moose also loves to sunbathe, go for walks around the neighborhood, and play with bubbles or with the sprinkler. Moose is eager to be a lifelong companion.    Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.July 16, 2025, 4:32 pm

Story
Ginger has been in the same home for most of her life. She has a sweet temperament. Circumstances beyond out control are forcing a permanent move. She will need time to adjust. She needs a fenced yard. She has been handled mostly by women although I’ve never seen an aversion to men. It breaks my heart to have to resort to a new home. I’m 86 years old and have an autoimmune condition so it makes it difficult for both of us. After your adjustment period you will be very happy. She is 6 years old.

Story
KJ has been an amazing dog to foster. She is incredibly intelligent, well behaved, and such a cuddly girl. We take KJ out 2-3 times a day for a walk and she has never had a single accident in the home. She loves to play and is incredibly sweet to visitors. She craves cuddles and kisses and she is a very quiet girl. She does not bark at all unless someone is knocking on the door but she is not sensitive to noise and is a very calm girl. KJ loves treats and knows how to shake and sit and she is extremely food motivated. She LOVES treats. In addition, she gets along fairly well with other dogs unless the other dog shows signs of aggression, but she is very easy to redirect. She is also very well behaved during her bath times and has been trained to have her paws wiped before coming back in the home from a walk/restroom break. Everyone who meets KJ loves her and she is a sweet baby angel. Anyone would be lucky to adopt her into their home. Interested in meeting me? Submit an adoption application and the foster team will contact you by email to coordinate a meet and greet with my foster.
