Havent cat tested yet ----- Suitable for: home with a fenced yard. No apartments ----- Medical/Behavioral Needs: none noted ----- Additional Notes: Welcome Rubi! A beautiful girl for sure. Those velvet ears! She was found in a home with several dogs in various states. Many were deceased either through fighting for resources or from neglect. One body was locked in a crate with nothing. An awful and slow way to die. Yet through all of this, she is gentle and kind. Rubi came to rescue with her brother, Rosco, and in true littermate syndrome fashion, she is outgoing while he is reserved. She is vocal and has the beautiful hound bay. True hound lovers will appreciate her! Rubi deserves a forever home. One where she can put the past and sadness behind her and just live. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If interested in meeting and potentially adopting please read the adoption requirements and complete the adoption application located at forbellessake.org. Once processed and approved a meet and greet can be scheduled and if a match an adoption is finalized at that time. Adoption fee is $175 and all dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, and treated for any known medical needs. Breeds are not guaranteed but often a best guess. Housetraining is not guaranteed but crate training is worked on with all residents. If a yard is present, a secure fence is prioritized.
