AWOOOOOO, oh no no no I'm a rocket man! Rocket man, running out of milk bones up here alone! And I AM SNIFFING but NOT FINDING MORE!!! This rocket man is looking for his forever home so he can stop wandering space all by himself. It's lonely up there! He is a sturdy, strong, and beautiful Bloodhound puppy with a LOT of energy! He will jump on you when he's excited so please be careful if children or seniors live in your home. He has a drive to find things and would LOVE to have a family who KNOWS the breed and who will EXERCISE his NOSE :) Bloodhounds are the neatest dogs but have to have someone who knows what their breed instincts are all about. Story
Hazel is a 3 year old husky-hound mix. I’ve had her since she was a puppy/her only owner. She is a playful, very active, loving, goofy dog. She knows basic commands and is fairly easy to train with the right motivation (food and toys). Unsure whether she is house trained as she isn’t loose in the house very often/mostly outside and sleeps inside due to circumstances. Rehoming her is no fault of her own. She’s a very good dog. Due to my current living situation/schedule, I cannot take care of her in the way she needs. Please help me provide this very good dog with the home she deserves and needs. Also note, she may not be good for small children as she is a jumper and gets overly excited easily.

Story
Waylon has been with Bonaparte's for just a short time and he was a pull because he had an undiagnosed medical issue that was causing weight loss and other GI issues. He has since been diagnosed with P erianal Fistula Disease along with some rectal polyps. This is a condition where basically the immune system is attacking his rectum and flare ups can be caused by severe allergies to food. Waylon has been on meds for several days now and continues to improve every day! This boy LOVES to eat so changing him to his new prescription diet food of Hills D/D Salmon & Potatoes has been very easy to do! This same food is also his treats but he seems to love it along with some canned of the same to give him something a little  different in his day, He will need to be on a special very regulated diet for life.  &#226&#128&#139Now on to his personality...and boy does he have it! Waylon is just THE SWEETEST boy and has had no problems at all settling in to his foster's home. He has been sleeping in a crate or a bed in the living room and is very happy in both places. He could probably be left out in a home when people leave but we have been trying to regulate his potting as we monitor that going through his healing. He is just sweet as can be and knows several cues already including sit, shake and we are working on off as he is a hugger! He is just full of such joy! &#226&#128&#139We will continue to update you more on Waylon but he will not be available for adoption until we can get him healed a bit more but he is going to make THE BEST BOY for a family!!!April 22, 2024, 12:06 pm
