Buster is a gorgeous red heeler who survived the kind of past no dog deserves. When we first laid eyes on him, he was barely visible—hidden behind weeds, vines, and the remnants of an outdoor kennel he’d been stuck in far too long. But that chapter closed the moment he came to Full Circle Rescue and Sanctuary. Since then, Buster has gotten the medical care he desperately needed, including full heartworm treatment, and he’s officially healthy, cleared, and living his best soft-boy life. This guy is low-key, low-energy, and cool as a cucumber in sunglasses. If your idea of a perfect day is a comfy couch, a good show, and a dog snoozing at your feet like a loyal sidekick, Buster is already sold. He’s crate trained, walks beautifully on a leash, and gets along with other dogs who match his calm, go-with-the-flow vibe. Buster isn’t trying to be the life of the party—he’s trying to be someone’s steady, peaceful companion.
