My given name from my foster mom is exactly who I am. Asta... this name means "divine strength", "love", and "star-like". I was abandoned by my first family on the side of the highway for a few months with my sister Kinsley. She was my protector during that time. I was terribly traumatized by being abandoned. Today I'm a shining star with beautiful grey eyes that match my coat. I like to play and go on backyard adventures with my sister and dog foster family. I like everyone and get along with other dogs and I'm a bit submissive and respectful towards everyone. I have beautiful pleading grey eyes that draw attention and make most ppl say awwwww and have a low key nature about me. We love each other very much and want to stay together for life! Please find it in your heart to adopt us together! We promise years of love and fun :) Local adoption fee together is $300 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee together is $600 (includes transport to your area, $50 temporary fuel fee will be included)

So SUSHI??? What kind of name is that???? A pretty good one for me ;) Why?? Because I am kind of like a piece of sushi that you can make and eat in many different ways! Sushi is about using the BEST part of the fish, rolled with sticky (and sweet) rice and other kinds of "oceanworthy" things that make it unique and tasty!! THAT IS ME!! So, now that that is out of the way..... I am just a special part of the fish, NO fishy taste! Smart and sweet and playful and VERY UNIQUE! I was found 'lingering' by the rescue in the heat of August, scared and lost and alone..... no one could see my real value, until I was saved!!! The rescue chick, showed up, leash and snacks IN HAND and I said, UH YUP! SAVE ME!! Now I have been safe and loved since then but I want my own special family.... don't worry it doesn't hurt my rescue chick's feelings because there are SO MANY dogs out there like me, looking to be saved ;( So adopt me soon!!!
