Elvin enjoys being close to his people, soaking up affection and companionship, but he prefers his personal space rather than being right on top of you. He’s happiest in a calm, quiet home and would do best without young children, where he can relax and feel secure 💕. Elvin can have good days and bad days, but with patience, kindness, and letting him go at his own pace, he truly thrives 💗. He does have a sensitive stomach, but with the right food, regular exercise, and a low-stress routine, he feels his very best 💞. This dog is currently housed at our shelter. If you are interested, please come in at your earliest availability during our open hours, no appointment necessary. We do same-day adoptions, do not hold dogs, and work on a first-come, first-served basis as long as it is an excellent fit for both parties. Dog adoption fees include spay/neuter, rabies vaccine (if age-appropriate), distemper/parvo combination vaccine, leptospirosis vaccine (if age-appropriate), bordetella vaccine, deworming, heartworm test (if age appropriate), heartworm preventative, flea preventative, a dental cleaning (if necessary), and a microchip. Future vaccines, tests, and treatments will be the responsibility of the adopter.
