Pennington County Humane Society  Oreo's story started with a few bumps in the road. She came to us after a rough start and faced some medical challenges, but this brave girl never stopped trying. With proper care and a whole lot of resilience, she's now fully cleared and ready for her next chapter.Despite everything she's been through, Oreo is a friendly, happy girl who greets people with gentle enthusiasm and a hopeful spirit. She doesn't have much experience living in a home yet, but she's eager to learn and even more eager to please. With patience, routine, and kindness, she'll blossom into a loyal, loving companion.Oreo is available for foster-to-adopt, direct adoption, or transfer to a foster-based partner.
