I got Charlie almost 5 years ago as a puppy, we tried adopting different dogs to give him companionship but he has always preferred to be a single dog. He also prefers females humans over males. He recently has become overprotective of me when others come near me. He has some attachment issues and separation anxiety from his person he bonds with. He would be best for a single woman looking for a protector.
