Story
He loves to hug! Literally, he hugs the dogs and people. He will hug you as long as he will hug him. He comes with pen. Little house, outdoor pad, water and food bowls. Currently on a farm outside of stella Missouri. Spends all day outside and sleeps inside with our other dogs. We are moving back to Alabama and he can't go. He really needs a farm. He was a stray that just walked into our garage one day and our dogs had no problem with him. Our dogs are indoor animals and he has no desire to be inside except to sleep. He really likes to wonder around the property. Never leaves except to walk the kids to the bus, then back home.

If you have ever wondered why the TV Columbo always wore a down-to-earth rain suit, you will never have to deliberate again…. just like the original, our Humane Society Columbo’s suit sheds off water like it was divinely designed. It may take a sunshiny day to fully evaporate the moisture from his Catahoula/Flat-Coated Retriever coat but our Humane Society Columbo knows that he shares other attributes with his namesake with many other desirable traits to offer: endless from-the-heart-smiles, a wonderful desire to please, a seven-year experience of life adventures on this planet, and the wish for a human who will join him in the quest of kindness for all. Columbo is a mellow natured canine who stepped into the doggy wading pool and eventually worked up the courage to place his face completely under water and nosedive for the submerged hot dog treats, which he deservedly apprehended. Columbo interacts marvelously with all the other dogs who share his exercise pod, even a somewhat temperamental next-door neighbor named Tiki. Columbo is a huggable, lovable canine who will instantly be your best “let’s share our life together” friend.
