Story
MEET GIGI (AKA “G”) Gigi is believed to be a Catahoula mix, around 2–3 years old. Gigi is a very sweet girl who has had a rough couple of years, but is now available for adoption through PAWS Rescue inc. She spent much of her life on her own at a dairy, largely fending for herself. Despite starting out essentially feral, she has made incredible progress and has blossomed into a beautiful dog who learns quickly and truly enjoys attention. Gigi is house-broken and continuing to learn leash skills. Trusting people is still a work in progress, but she improves every day. She is also learning to leave the house and property, though she’s understandably hesitant to venture far from her safe zone. She gets along well with other dogs, cats and visitors. Her behavior around children is currently unknown. Gigi is not aggressive, rarely barks, and absolutely loves chasing squirrels—apparently she once survived on rock chucks! *Fenced yard required* With patience and love, Gigi will make a wonderful, gentle, and loyal companion in her forever home.
