Story
Maeve is a 5 year old mixed breed. She was born in foster care and we adopted her when she was 10 weeks old. She is a loyal and spunky girl who loves to play with toys and be close to her people. She is very treat motivated! She knows how to sit, lay down, roll over, and shake. She loves to get out and play during the day while being the center of attention and then is content to curl up close to you at night. Maeve does not love to be around other dogs, especially when on a leash. She loves to go for walks and is great on the leash unless around other dogs. Little kids and their high energy do seem to make Maeve nervous and on edge. We are an active duty military family who have been stationed overseas for the last few years. During that time, a family member fostered her for us. We are now back mainland, but due to having young kids, we don’t feel comfortable keeping her because of some previous aggression. She is a great dog who will thrive in the right environment!
