Story
Lola was found dodging cars on a busy street with no tags, chips and not spayed. After no one claimed her, my mother helped her to get her shots, spayed and vaccinated with the idea of rehoming... My mother passed away unexpectedly before being able to adopt Lola out and since I travel full time for work, I can no longer care for her and may be forced to put her into BARC... Something I would dread since my mother spent years saving dogs from kill-shelters. Will happily pay for vet check up and anything needed... Thank you 🙏

Story
I was asked to shelter Zina until a new home was found. I already have 3 working dogs and 2 Corgi's. Zina has only been aggressive with one dog since she has been here and this was during a storm which my dog probably started it. Zina belonged to my nephew and his wife, but they are going through a divorce and cannot care for her. Zina has a very sweet disposition. We are on a 35 acre ranch and she has never attempted to chase anything or run off. She knows how to kennel, sit, stay and down. She would really do well with anyone, but because she loves attention, she would do great with a couple. If I didn't have so many dogs, cattle and horses, I would keep her, but I just can't.
