He's handsome, smart, cuddly, loves people and dogs, and doesn't let this cold Wisconsin winter slow him down! Teddy's a young boy who will need a hand learning proper dog habits. He does well in his kennel but has shredded any beds his foster parents try to give him... we're working on it. Mr. Teddy is a bit of a randy boy, but he is scheduled to be snipped 12-23(Merry Christmas!) and this should "mellow" him out a bit.
